Parkside’s sport management program prepares students to be part of the ever-expanding sports and fitness industry, as the field expects a 10 to 15% level of job growth in coming years.
As a sport management major, you’ll work directly with professors who have extensive sports industry experience. They help you become well versed in both general and specific realms of knowledge. Plus, you’ll experience 450 hours of hands-on industry experience to increase your competency and confidence within the field.
Graduates of our program go on to help people lead longer, happier, healthier lives through their work within educational institutions, private and municipal recreation programs, amateur and professional sports organizations, health and fitness centers, and more.
